The Shelby County District Connector Program is an innovative initiative designed to strengthen community ties, connect residents to vital resources, and foster collaboration across all 13 Shelby County Commission districts. This pilot program, spanning three years, aims to create a resilient and well-informed community by embedding dedicated District Connectors directly within each district. The program works under the Division of Community Services and networks with all who are interested in a better, more informed Shelby County where connections reduce silos and help gets to the people who need it.
